Christina M. Rossetti, MSW, Rossetti Consulting Group

My focus is consulting with organizations and coalitions on interim leadership, executive searches, program development, project management, governance and restructuring issues. I start with the end in mind and work diligently and consistently on your priority issues, while maintaining a strong focus on building capacity within your organization.

After graduating from the University of Kansas, I moved to Tucson where I completed my Masters in Social Work in Planning, Administration and Community Organization at Arizona State University and began my 25+ year career in the nonprofit sector.  My passion for healthcare and human services started as a medical social worker serving home-bound elderly and disabled clients. In the mid-80’s I helped create a comprehensive service and support system for people living with HIV/AIDS in southern Arizona, and before starting my own consulting practice, managed a budget of more than $10M in the public behavioral health system.

With experience as both a clinician and administrator, I recognize the need for strong community connections and relationship building to confidently lead a project or address broad social change efforts. That’s why today, my expertise is sought when nonprofits are in transition or have a need for complex, multi-system project management.

When not teaming up with nonprofits, I can be found planning my next trip, enjoying family and friends and appreciating this beautiful desert community.
